"Spirit" is about love, hope, escape, joy, and connection through struggle of all kinds. The struggles include dealing with change, yearning, and hopelessness to name a few.

This album is also about personal growth, lessons, and using the strength of where I came from to propel myself forward. The whole album came together as more inspirational (to me) than I originally thought it would.
